Dr. David Cleveland is a native of the central Ohio area. He received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his doctor of dental surgery degree from The Ohio State University in 2002. Upon graduation, he completed a one-year general practice residency in Connecticut, where he received advanced training in many aspects of general dental care. After working as an associate dentist for two years in central Ohio, David joined Darby Creek Dental in 2005. Currently, he is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and Central Ohio Dental Society.
Dr. Cleveland spends most of his personal time with his wife and two young children. He also enjoys hiking, biking, and golfing.
Dr. Jason Culley joined Darby Creek Dental in 2003. He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and maintains active memberships in the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Central Ohio Dental Society, Columbus Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Recently, Dr. Culley joined Health Volunteers Overseas, which provides dental treatment and education to underserved countries around the world. He continues his education by attending numerous courses focused on cosmetic dentistry and the temporomandibular join (TMJ).
Dr. Lisa Conley joined Darby Creek Dental as an associate dentist in April 2008. Originally from a small town in Northwest Ohio, she came to the Columbus area to attend dental school. Dr. Conley received her undergraduate degree from Marietta College in 1998 and graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2002. Upon graduation, she worked as an associate dentist in Westerville before joining Darby Creek Dental. Dr. Conley's hobbies include reading, watching football, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
